Since founding BLKSWN in 2023, numerous opportunities to partner with great organizations have come across my desk. Yet this first-ever partnership, collaborating with Hearst on an initiative so close to my heart, the annual Female Force Summit was one I simply could not pass up.

By coincidence, my immediate internal team is anchored by women who are experts in their respective fields, and championing these women to further grow and nurture their talent is something I feel deeply passionate about.

The Female Force Summit embodies these values by shining a spotlight on extraordinary women who are redefining industries, breaking barriers, and inspiring the next generation. To be part of this conversation, and to contribute to a platform that elevates female voices, felt deeply meaningful.

This inaugural partnership is a reminder of why I started BLKSWN: to collaborate, to create impact, and to champion those driving change. Working alongside Hearst, a brand synonymous with excellence and influence, allowed us to connect with remarkable founders, thought leaders and changemakers - all under one roof.
