Our Commitment

BLKSWN is dedicated to ensuring that everyone—including people with disabilities—can shop, learn and interact comfortably on blkswn.com. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Australian Human Rights Commission’s “World Wide Web Access: Disability Discrimination Act Advisory Notes.”

8. Automated & manual audits – We scan releases with Axe and Lighthouse, then complete human testing with assistive technologies including NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack.

9. Staff training – Designers, developers and content editors receive ongoing accessibility training and reference checklists during each sprint.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-off milestone. We schedule quarterly accessibility reviews, track issues in our internal ticketing system and assign them severity levels to ensure timely resolution.
