BLKSWN offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders domestically & internationally.

Our dispatch team operates between Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & public holidays.

We aim to dispatch orders placed within a 24-hour period, during peak holiday periods, please allow for an additional 1-2 days.

All orders will be delivered by our preferred carrier DHL and will arrive at all international destinations within 7 working days.

Refunds & Returns

Items purchased on BLKSWN.com are eligible for return provided they are returned within 14 days of the item’s delivery date. Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email notifying you of your refund or merchandise credit.

Please allow up to 21 business days for the return to be processed. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of BLKSWN.com. Items not meeting the outlined eligibility criteria may be handled on a case-by-case basis, which could result in: refusal of the return and return of the item to the purchaser, or deduction of a fee from the refund or credit to cover costs such as cleaning, repair, and/ or shoebox replacement.

A flat $35 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
